Everything BankSheet Pro does, in one page
A tour of the whole platform — what each part is for, and who it is for.
BankSheet Pro started as a bank statement converter and grew into a document workspace. This is what is in it and, more usefully, when each part is the right tool.
Bank statement extraction
The core. Upload a statement PDF and get every transaction with date, description, debit, credit and running balance, plus the account holder, IBAN, statement period and both balances. Two engines run behind one interface — a Python tier for complex table layouts and a PHP tier that needs no extra runtime — and both produce the same normalised output.
Every extraction ends with a reconciliation check, which is the part worth caring about: opening + credits − debits against the printed closing balance.
Extraction profiles
For a bank with an unusual layout, a profile teaches the parser where that bank puts its columns — once. Every subsequent statement from that bank uses it automatically. This is the difference between a tool that works on your statements and one that works on statements in general.
Invoice extraction
Header fields, parties, VAT and line items from PDF invoices, including Italian FatturaPA XML and signed .p7m files, which most generic tools cannot open at all.
PDF tools
Fourteen tools that run on local binaries rather than an upload-to-someone-else service: merge, split, rotate, compress, repair, OCR, PDF to Word, Word to PDF, images to PDF, PDF to images, page ranges, metadata editing, text extraction and HTML to PDF.
PDF editor and barcode studio
A visual editor for annotating and editing PDF pages, and a barcode studio for placing Code 128, Code 39, EAN-13, ITF, QR and Data Matrix codes anywhere on any page — including vertically along an edge — with the original pages preserved as vectors rather than flattened to images.
The barcode editor is also available as a free tool with no account.
E-signature
Send documents for signature with sequential multi-signer flows, field placement, an audit trail and email delivery. Guests can sign without an account, and senders can trial it without one.
Web to Excel
Point it at a list of company websites and it extracts contact details into a spreadsheet, respecting robots.txt and refusing private network addresses. Useful for building a prospect list from a directory you already have.
The developer API
Everything above is available in a browser. The API makes the extraction engine callable from your own software: POST a PDF, receive structured JSON including the reconciliation verdict. Every workspace gets free documents to evaluate it, and API allowance is included in the plan rather than billed separately.
Teams, plans and languages
Workspaces with role-based access and seat limits, usage tracked per feature against a monthly allowance, and a multilingual interface. Plans run from a free tier through Starter and Professional to Enterprise, with on-premise deployment available under licence.
The thread running through all of it
Everything runs on local libraries on our own servers. No document is sent to a third-party OCR or AI service, nothing is used for training, and the whole pipeline can be deployed inside your own infrastructure if that is what your compliance team needs.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a paid plan to start?
No. There are free tools with no account at all, and a free workspace with a monthly allowance across every feature.
Which languages does it support?
The interface is multilingual, and extraction handles both European and Anglo-American number and date conventions — which matters more than interface language when parsing amounts.
Can several people work in the same workspace?
Yes. Invite colleagues with role-based permissions; seat count depends on your plan.
Is there an on-premise version?
Yes, under licence. The pipeline has no mandatory external dependencies, so it can run fully inside your own infrastructure.
How is my data handled?
Processed and stored in the EU, never sent to third-party AI services, never used for training, and deleted automatically after the retention window. A DPA is available on request.
Try it on your own statements
Free tools with no account, or a workspace with an API and free documents to evaluate it.
